From humble beginnings in the late 1980′s, Gippsland Cheese has transformed into a specialty cheese distribution business now responsible for supplying cheeses to the first class and business class passengers on board and in the in-flight lounges of the world’s major airlines. We also supply the specialty food retail and food-service industries across metropolitan and regional Victoria.
Despite this success we are still a hands on company, offering personalised service. Our focus is to promote and supply premium Gippsland products to the food service industry. Where a product is not available from Gippsland, it is sourced as close to source as possible, thereby minimising food-miles.
