From humble beginnings in the late 1980′s, Gippsland Cheese has transformed into a specialty cheese distribution business now responsible for supplying cheeses to the first class and business class passengers on board and in the in-flight lounges of the world’s major airlines. We also supply the specialty food retail and food-service industries across metropolitan and regional Victoria.

Despite this success we are still a hands on company, offering personalised service. Our focus is to promote and supply premium Gippsland products to the food service industry. Where a product is not available from Gippsland, it is sourced as close to source as possible, thereby minimising food-miles.
With wide and varied cheeses available in the market, Gippsland Cheese understands the difference between a supermarket brand cheese and a statement cheese. From the paddock to the plate we understand the intricate processes through years of hands-on work in the dairy industry and is only too happy to offer advice and service to the most demanding of clientele.
