Amongst a wide range of cheeses, Gippsland Cheese supplies Gippsland Gourmet Cheese (our own range), Tarago River, Jindi, Old Telegraph Road, Maffra Cheese Co, Berry’s Creek, Milawa, Prom Country Cheese, Red Hill Cheese, Grandvewe Cheese, Pantalica and Mamma Lucia. We also source cheeses from other cheese-makers Australia-wide and internationally.
Gippsland Cheese can supply both bulk and individually portion-control, packed and labelled cheese to specialist retailers and the food service industry. We can even hand-cut and pre-price cheese to your specific requirements. Current top end clients included in-flight caterers such as Q-Catering, GateGourmet and Alpha Flight Services as well as clubs, pubs and restaurants, caterers, independent supermarkets and delis across Melbourne, country Victoria and interstate.
