Made in bulk for food service or deli use, Gippsland Gourmet Chevre is premium goats milk cheese marinated in grapeseed oil with peppercorns, thyme and garlic. Whilst many other marinated cheeses use olive oil, our selection of grapeseed oil accentuates the lovely light and full flavour of the cheese, rather than dominates it.
